Laugh & Learn Stand-up Comedy, including original songs by Dave Maloof.

Dave Maloof – a teacher, comedian, writer and musician – will talk about how and why we laugh, and the health benefits of laughter. He will do his best, but please be patient: because as he sings in one of his comedy songs, “I Never Was Good at Science.”

He’ll also explain how jokes & comedic songs are written (that’s art, not science), and will perform his own comedy songs — including “I Never Was Good at Science” and “My Wife Is In Love with the Dog” — as well as some of his jokes (including the one about how his daughter doesn’t even look like him).    Appropriate for ages 10+ and fun for all ages.
