Sean Gaskell's music on the Kora is very much inspired by his three visits to Gambia in 2008, '12 and '18. Here, he studied under the instruction of Moriba Kuyateh and the late Malamini Jobarteh for 4-8 hours per day. He maintains an active friendship with Moriba.
