Wellness for Working Women

Are you working all day, then find that you're still working when you get home? Are you tired all the time?
This program provides working women with the tools needed for practicing self-care and creating balance in their lives. Topics covered: health eating defined; making meals in 20 minutes or less; setting boundaries; and learning to say no.
