Battleship Cove is a war memorial and historic military museum located in Fall River, Massachusetts. It is home to five National Historic Landmark ships, and other craft, including the USS Massachusetts, USS Joseph P. Kennedy Jr., USS Lionfish, Hiddensee, and two PT boats. Their collection of aircraft includes two Bell helicopters that saw combat in the Vietnam War—the Bell UH-1 “Huey” Iroquois and the Bell AH-1 Cobra—as well as two of the first drone unmanned aerial vehicles used by the military. In addition to exhibits focused on military history, the Maritime Museum presents the history of the RMS Titanic and the famous Fall River Line.

- Parking is available at the DCR Fall River Heritage State Park lot adjacent to the museum. Handicap parking is also available.
* This pass is a circulating pass. Once reserved, it may be picked up the day before or the day-of your visit to Battleship Cove and must be returned to the library before the next day's opening hour to avoid any late fees, and so that others may use it. For your convenience, passes may be placed in the outdoor book drop, located in the back parking lot of the library.
For patrons using the Library Discount Pass to visit Battleship Cove, please reserve the PASS with us online, but please do not reserve your TICKETS with the Museum online (you will not be able to apply the discount). When you arrive at the Museum for your visit, please bring the valid Library Discount Pass to the Visitors Center to pay for your tickets and receive the discount.

This pass offers half-price admission for up to four (4) people.
Half-Price Library Coupons must be reserved first with your local library. Coupons are date specific; ticket date MUST match date on coupon. Coupon must be presented upon arrival. Limit four (4) discounted tickets. All visitors after their first birthday require a ticket.
- The Museum is typically open Wednesday through Sunday (open 7 days in July and August, MA school vacation weeks, and on most Monday holidays), with two separate admission timeslots, 9 am–12 pm and 1:00–4:00 pm. When reserving tickets with the Museum, please choose the time frame that most closely matches your schedule. Advanced tickets/reservations are highly recommended, especially during weekends, holidays and school vacation weeks.
- The Museum is closed on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day. Also, the Museum closes early on Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve so there is only a morning timeslot, and they open late on New Year’s Day so there is only an afternoon timeslot.

The First Saturday of each month- The morning slot on the first Saturday of each month is from 10 am – 12 pm.
Sunday Afternoons: Library Coupons are not valid for Sunday afternoons (Admission is $1 per person on Sundays, from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm).

- Boston Children's Museum is open for two pre-registration time slots per day. This pass will admit up to 4 people at a 50% discount on tickets to the Museum’s Exhibit Halls. Children under 3 are not included in the count of 4 and are always admitted for free but must have a timed ticket.
Your Library pass can only be used on the date printed on the pass.
AFTER RESERVING YOUR PASS WITH THE LIBRARY, YOU MUST ALSO CALL THE MUSEUM TO RESERVE A DISCOUNTED TICKET. Call 617-723-2500 (daily, 9am – 5pm). Please call at least 2-3 days ahead to reserve your time slot otherwise the Museum might be fully booked.
After you make your reservation with the Museum, they will send you an email confirmation with your reservation information.
Please bring both your library pass confirmation (printed or displayed on a smartphone) and your email confirmation from the Museum (printed or displayed on a smartphone) when you visit. Show both confirmations at the Exhibit Halls entrance.
If you are unable to show your Library confirmation on a phone, you may print out a copy using the link in the confirmation email or request a paper copy from the library.
